IMPORTANT: Compatibility & Thread Guide

The Smarttek 4m Bayonet Gas Hose uses 3/8" SAE (18 TPI) threads, which are standard for portable outdoor gas appliances and caravans.

• Home Gas Heaters: Most domestic heaters in Australia use a 3/8" BSP (19 TPI) thread. These look similar but will not screw together without an adapter.
• The Solution: If you are connecting to a home gas heater, please select the "Yes - Add 3/8" SAE to 3/8" BSP Adapter" option from the dropdown menu above.
