We’re gas experts. If you have an issue with a Smarttek product, contact our team first. If we can’t resolve the issue by phone, we’ll record your claim and provide a Warranty Postage Label with clear packing instructions — it’s that simple.

Standard Warranty
Beginning on the date of the original purchase shown on your Proof of Purchase, Smarttek provides the warranty terms set out in the Smarttek Standard Warranty policy. During the applicable period, we warrant that newly purchased Smarttek products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship when used normally in accordance with Smarttek specifications and the user instruction manual.

Exclusions & limitations
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from (including but not limited to): physical damage, accidental damage, infestation, improper use or installation, frost damage, acts of God, or normal wear and tear. Use outside Smarttek specifications or contrary to the user manual may void the warranty.
How to make a warranty claim
- Have your product, Proof of Purchase, and a brief description of the issue ready.
- Call 1300 119 906 during support hours. Our team will guide you through quick checks.
- If the issue cannot be resolved over the phone, we’ll record your claim and provide a Warranty Postage Label and packing instructions.
