Very happy with product and servicr
I'm extremely happy with the shower!
I love how I can conserve the hot water, so I managed to have a shower without running out of hot water.
I would recommend this product.
Bought this hose and fitting as a replacement as previous owner of camper lost it. Quality of the product feels good, package was freighted right away and was provided a text message saying it was sent. Product works well and cannot fault it.
Great product
Great service
Will definitely use again
Did what it was said it would do in a compact package and also like the lightweight flexible hose

I recently purchased a shower hose because mine was busted.
The price was great, and I was blown away at how quickly it arrived.
Definitely give them a go.
Fantastic product, great price and awesome to deal with!
Bought this to replace our 20yr old caravan shower. Great product easy to use. Love the 2 pressure settings and being able to turn off during shower to conserve water when free camping.
The product is of good quality.
Delivery was fast.
Great service , my order was dispatched the next day and the updates received on my order were greatly appreciated 👏 definitely recommend smarttek hotwater system for anyone with a caravan
I haven’t used the item yet, but just writing here to say the purchase process was wonderful. For once, the online chat was with a real person, who was most helpful, and provided answers to my questions, so that I bought the product. Other reviews have said it was great, so hopefully it is!
Shower head easy to turn on and off to save water with soapy hands
Excellent. Quick turnaround from time of order. Product delivered and works well.
Have been using my hot water system for years and only needed to replace the hose. Price was refreshingly fair and delivery very prompt.
Ordered hose and had delivery within 5 days
Items arrived very quickly and exactly as described. Very light weight and easy to use for our camper hot water system. Suction rose holder is great too as you can position it wherever you like. Highly recommend smartek products.
Have purchased accessories before latest and I am very impressed with service and speed of delivery. Great to deal with on telephone and also in person at displays (ie Gympie Muster)
We have had our smarttek system for about 4 years now and it is still going strong!
We are campground hosts and the smarttek is the shower we use every day!
We only recently had to purchase a replacement part as it broke due to our own carelessness.
Arrived yesterday, have not got to test it out as yet. looking forward to the next camping trip.
Have not used this camping as yet. Have tested shower head and no leaks, that is all I can ask for at this point
