What is the Return Policy?

We want you to love your Smarttek Hot Water System, that is why if you are not 100% satisfied with your Smarttek purchase then you can return it and we will refund you 100% of the purchase price. We only ask that you return the goods to us within 30 days from the date of your order and that the goods must be returned in the original condition in which you received them, that is unused and in the original packaging. A return of goods does not apply to defects caused by misuse, abuse or physical damage.

Who pays the cost of returning the goods?

The shipping costs incurred for returning items to Smarttek is the responsibility of the customer. Please note we will not be held liable or responsible for goods that are lost or damaged while being returned. We recommend that you register and insure the product you are returning.
