AUOur portable hot water system is set up outside at the farm, after 5 years the cover over the battery pack had worn. It was a quick search of Smarttek's website and ordered the replacement part. It arrived 2 days later, a quick removal of the old and installation of the new part and the system is working like a dream again. For under $20 I sure it will run faultlessly for another 5 years at least. Would highly recommend this brand.
AUIt was great to find that Smarttek carry spares for when the need arises. Also upgraded my shower set up with a Smarttek 6LPM pump.
